Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students K-12
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Offer counseling and targeted interventions for students facing learning or behavioral challenges
- Advise staff and families on strategies to promote positive school climates and student resilience
- Provide crisis intervention, consultation, and support as needed within the school community
- Stay current on best practices and statutory requirements in school psychology
